Even though the internet has become a great tool to connect people from all walks of life across the world, this tool can also be used by individuals to harm others. Cyberbullying and online harassment can be just as negatively impactful on mental health as real-life bullying and harassment. We at APAC advise taking measures to build supportive networks, have self-care action plans, and take space from online negativity as needed.
